Ability to change User-name

Kinetic-Athlete and GymAware users now have the ability to change their user login. An email address or nick-name are sometimes easier to remember. While there are no limits on the number of characters that you can have, GymAware login's should be kept to no more than 15 characters*.

Please be aware, that when a user-name is changed, the system will automatically log that user account out.  You can then log-in with the new user-name you have entered.

* Please Note - While GymAware users are able to change their login's as well, this will change the login on the Palm, and for this reason we recommend that you limit the User Login to 15 characters. Please take note of the new PIN as well because you will need this to login via the Palm.

To change User Login:

Under athlete/information tabs
Select athlete
Select Edit - this will bring up the edit user window
Enter a new User Login
Click Check - this checks the system to see if there is a user with that name already
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save

Forms to display only for coaches

Forms can be set to only display for coaches, in their login account and on iPhone.  This allows the coach to record results for individual athletes that are not self reporting. For example the coach could record the result of a specific exercise test that is conducted  on all athletes once a month, the athlete would not be expected to personally enter this result nor would he/she see the data.

Under Manager/Form Tool there is a new check box which enables this feature.
Click on the Form name from the left hand list then tick the "Coach only" check box
Click Save
